Relax Comfort Suites Hotel - Bucharest

The sewage smell was quite charming, not! The cockroaches in the bathroom really added to the ambiance, wouldn't you agree? I was hoping for a complimentary upgrade due to these little inconveniences, but obviously, that was too much to ask. Absoluteley disapponted, if i could rate less, i would.

The hotel is closed to the downtown and the historical area where also there are a lot of clubs.

There is some noise for the room with the windows to the main street.

The location is stunning, 1 km from Old Town.

The room was spacious and clean, with a decent shower pressure. The location is ideal, close to many attractions.

This is a relatively acceptable hotel, but I would not say that it is a 4-star categogy. Eventhough this is Romania, for the 4 stars it has been granted it needs to have a breakfast with a bigger choice - E.G. buffet- baset, not menu based, some spa facilities etc. The Internet should be avilable to the guests, in the common areas, free of charge even if they have not brought their laptops. I would not recommend this hotel not because I did not enjoy my stay there, but because I don't think that it is value for money. For the type of hotel it is, compared to many other hotels in which I stayed, it should have 3 stars, at the most, a night should cost no more than 35 eur, breakfast and taxes included.

the location is very good, it's close to the subway and is it right on the city centre.

the rooms turned to the main avenue are to noisy in the night.

The location is a highlight, just a short walk from key attractions and local eateries. The room was basic but clean, with a smart TV and a great shower with plenty of hot water. The bathroom could use improvements, as the drainage was slow and fluctuating water temperatures made showers a challenge. The absence of basic toiletries was a letdown.

Great location. Helpful staff. For just 3 Euros a night, you can get a much bigger room.

Think that this great value hotel is beyond compare, appreciated it. The staff is incredibly helpful here, the services are very good, and location is ideal next to the main square, the old town and major shopping centers, the bus stop Piata Universitatii and the train station.

the shower sometimes had low pressure (not ideal! ). the location is perfect, easy access to a mini market nearby. staff was friendly and even lent me a phone charger. clean and spacious room with a comfy bed!

The location is great.

I stayed at the hotel 3 nights. While I was there, the wi-fi was down. It was not fixed at all. The stuff told me that the internet would be fixed soon. However, it did not happen.

the location of the hotel, on one of the main boulevards and in spaite of this - the rooms are not noisy .the staff is helpfull.

Perfect lokation. Brekfast in bad.

The hotel is amazing location for exploring Bucharest, just a short walk to University Square and near the National Theatre. We loved having great pizza spots and a mini market nearby. The staff was super friendly, lending us a UK adapter for our devices.

My wife says that the amenities were a bit lacking.
